I participated as lab production director for The Extreme makeover show.I  was in charge of production, product advisory and  production and case planning. The success of that show caused a "Makeover" Frenzy across the world. That show showed us we should always strive to improve anything and everything we can. This is what keeps us with the passion to do well.

It would be nice to have   starpower without the chaos.. to adress  the many problems we have in the world.  Education issues, Wars, Disabled Veterans, Kids without parents,  Diseases without cures, Lack of clean drinking water in some countries. Homeless people, Enviromental  issues,Energy issues, Gangs, Drugs, Graffiti. Oh so many to list.......... Consider this ......... 24,000 people die from hunger or related causes even though we have enough food to feed them.  My hope and dream  is that the consumer will ask for my product and thus allow me the power to manage my business to a point I make an impact for the better good of humanity. Incorporating what I can do and know to improve the lives of others.

I consider my organization what you would call a "Social Business" defined as a nonloss, nondividend company with a social objective. We aim to maximize the positive impact on society. It is a focus on human nature and the desire to help others, and society in various degrees to the power granted by the public consumer. By managing my resources and contacts anything can be accomplished.  As the once  Famous Peter Drucker said,

"Responsibility for social impacts is a management responsibility."Unfortunately, far too few have stepped up and accepted this role."  Peter Drucker
